Returns & Refunds

Should it be necessary to return equipment to us for repair or refund, it is ESSENTIAL that you provide the following information:-

1. Please phone on 020 8539 4188 or email the returns department on returns@capella.co.uk This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

2. Give following details;

  • Customer Name and Company Name
  • Original Purchase Order and Date Ordered
  • Capella Invoice number and Date
  • Method / Mode to be used for returns transportation (Couriers Name)
  • Product Code (Begins with JSxxx)
  • Product Description
  • Quantity returned
  • Reason for Return
  • Your Contact details; e.g. Name, Telephone / Fax number and email address.

You will be then given a Returns Note number which MUST be quoted in all communications.

Refunds/Returns

You have 30 Calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

Your Item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your Item, we will inspect it and notfy you that we have received your returned item.

We wil immediatley notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

You will recieve the credit within a certain amount of days depending on your payment issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs

are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund,
